PATTERN MAKING

MELY’S OFFERS STYLISTS AND DESIGNERS THE BENEFIT OF ITS HIGHLY EXPERIENCED RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND PATTERN MAKING DEPARTMENT, AS WELL AS THE INSPIRATION PROVIDED BY ITS OWN ARCHIVES.

A specialized in-house department produces paper patterns, starting from the initial sketch. This makes it possible to carefully analyze the fit of the garment and produce the necessary feasibility studies for the subsequent industrialization stages. The company provides a complete, optimized service, guaranteeing the utmost attention to every detail of the production process.

Mely’s does not impose minimum production runs and it purchases yarns directly, also handling small production runs, customized garments and special orders for a made-to-measure fit.

Mely’s boasts a hi-tech machine knitting department, with a fleet of German STOLL machines with gauges 3,5,7,12,14 and 18. The entire department is programmed in-house both for prototyping and industrial production. The fleet of linking machines ranges from gauges 3 to 24 and the company also has a very wide range of sewing machines.

QUALITY CONTROL
